GIFT VOUCHERS are available from reception. vouchers can be redeeemed against a variety of treatments and products. please note that vouchers are nonrefundable and are valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment or 100% of treatment fee will be charged. non attendance will be charged in full.  Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. regretfully late arrival will constitute reduced treatment time, but will be charged at full rate.
